I do not care what ANYONE says (including high-end fash mag editors...), I AM. NOT. feeling this.

Sure, I can get with the nonchalant, elegantly dishevelled, poor-time-management vibe that may have brought this idea into existence.... BUT.
Listen to me.
....If you have time to sit and carefully - artfully, even - blob and splish and THEN topcoat your 'art', you have time to get that skin pushed back, trimmed and hydrated as well.
Please everyone - exercise some serious discretion, discernment and intellect BEFORE jumping on this one...
