And believe it or not, I'm actually a fan of this particular artwork... But! Why (why?!) ANY client would want their hands to resemble elephants feet is truly beyond me.

not to mention....has this lady heard of jergens, aveeno or nivea? when your skin is cracking like that - why bother getting your nails done in the first place? come on...if you are going to take the time to do your nails (no matter how disdainful they end up looking) - why not take the time to moisturize your hands a few times a day and rectify the serious psoriasis issue - LOL!!
